Brian Quinn: Music Teacher

Brian Quinn is a patient, skilled, and friendly music teacher, with more than a decade of experience teaching bass, piano, guitar, and ukulele to students of all ages, levels, and musical styles.

Brian graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Berklee College of Music with a degree in Professional music, after which he moved to Chicago where he has been teaching and playing music professionally ever since.

Brian teaches the essential concepts of music by using songs that fit his student's unique stylistic inclinations and musical goals. This approach demonstrates that most musical principles are present in all styles, encouraging the development of the student’s individual style, as well keeping them engaged and interested.

Lessons are offered through Brian’s home studio in the Wrigleyville/Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, or home lessons are available within a negotiable distance.
